INTRODUCTION
This function allows for batch uploading of PFGE images exported from Bionumerics.
To make sure you have the necessary setup for working with PFGE images, please first read the tutorial for preparing and uploading single PFGE images here.
Upload Batch PFGE
1) From the main menu, click on “New Batch PFGE”.
2) Using the Bionumerics file that you just obtained in the previous step, upload this file onto the website and make sure to select the enzyme you used. Note that this means that all PFGE images of a single enzyme should be downloaded from Bionumerics into one file for easier uploading onto Food Microbe Tracker.

3) After pressing submit, your images should have been uploaded to the isolates specified. Note that problems may arise if these files are exactly formatted correctly, or if the isolates listed do not current exist in Food Microbe Tracker. Make sure to check all your isolates to make sure that the PFGE images indeed got uploaded.
